Great info Ed!! It’s refreshing to see such an information packed blog site.

Can you expound the death on Iz’s brother? At 28 years of age, I’m wondering if he also had a weight/heart problem.

    Keep up the good work.

This is one of the best summaries of this great man’s life.
Israel had a lot of gifts, one was communication.
I’m sorry you never had the opportunity to meet him.
As well as his music, he was the funniest man alive.
His mind was so sharp and with his sense of humor, the fastest man on earth.
His heart was larger than his body……

Aloha, never leave home without it
    JON DE MELLO, ISRAEL’S PRODUCER

ps ….Skippy (his older brother) was even bigger and died of heart failure.
